Please do not bring small children to your appointment.
The procedure room is set up for work between client and practitioner only. I may allow one person to be in procedure room under certain situations at my choosing.
You may use a debit or credit card.
I accept ALL major credit cards.

I offer one detail appointment within 4 months from your initial visit to address
any concerns about color, size or shape as desired within limitations of the type of procedures I provide.

Local checks accepted from regular clients.
Checks are deposited digitally into my account on day of service.
Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted. Payment Plans are available.

All gift certificate sales are non refundable but can be transferred to another person with written
permission from original purchaser. NC State law states Gift Certificates are good for 3 years from purchase date.
If you do not speak English you must bring an interpreter who is willing to sign a waiver that they are
providing you with correct information. All intake forms must be filled out in English and signed prior to your appointment'
It is a liability issue and impossible to legally provide proper services without good communication.
Each FULL PRICE brow or eyeliner procedure allows for ONE detail visit at a charge of $60 within 120 days of service.
Lip procedures detail appointments are $100 within 120 days of service.
Returning established client fees for retouching color after 120 days is 1/2 the full procedure price or price posted on website at that time. Any returning client must pay full price if all color has faded. A consultation may be necessary to establish price before your procedure.
You must wait a minimum of 30 days to fully heal inside your skin before detail appointments on eyebrows or eyeliner procedures,
6 weeks on lip procedures and 8-12 weeks for healing between color removal or lightening sessions.
No Show appointments and late cancellations will be invoiced and charged $75 for first time service/cancellation no show fee. For second no show/late cancellation, in order to reschedule appointment you will be required to have a credit card number on file and will be charged a NON REFUNDABLE full pre-payment for your appointment when you rebook. My time is valuable and I have many people on a waiting list. I know things come up but if you seriously want to rebook then pre payment should not be a problem.
There will be a $60 minimum tray set up fee for any small services or time booked.
You will be sent electronic consent/ intake forms which MUST be completed and signed
before any tattooing will be performed. Please READ the forms before you sign them as there are risks to any procedure.
I have never seen a negative reaction to date but it is always possible.

Before and after pictures must be taken and may be used in advertising and promotional materials.
There is NO GUARANTEE on how long your permanent makeup will last.
You WILL need touch ups in the future to keep you color looking fresh.
I reserve the right not to tattoo anyone who does not comply with these policies,
or arrives at their appointment intoxicated or impaired in any way.

Not everyone is a good candidate for permanent makeup and
we must work together for a good outcome.
I will not tolerate clients who are uncooperative or unkind.
